Recruitment Firm

Based in central London, Lucy and Mark were in the process of setting up a recruitment firm, having work in a number of larger such firms over the years.  Whilst they knew the ins and out of the recruitment business, they were less sure when it came to setting up a business.

We met up with Lucy and Mark and discussed the various options that they had, including the best tax efficient structure for their business.  We also helped them develop a business plan and forecasted profit and cashflow projections.

We also offered them a flexible bookkeeping solution and collect their financial information once a quarter and provide them with management accounts, as well as complete the VAT returns.  We also take care of their payroll requirements.  This full package costs around £250+VAT a quarter.
